A Milad and Dua Mahfil was held simultaneously at the Sholoshahar, Fauzdarhat and Halishahar facilities of Karnaphuli Gas Distribution Company Limited (KGDCL) to mark Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH), commemorating the birth of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

The separate Milad and Dua Mahfils were held at the facilities after Zuhr prayers on Wednesday (September 2, 2026). Officers and employees from various levels of the company participated in the programmes.

During the events, speakers discussed the life, ideals and teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), particularly his profound lessons for the welfare of humanity. They also highlighted the importance of following the Prophet’s life and teachings.

Following the Milad and Dua Mahfil, a special prayer was offered seeking peace, prosperity and overall well-being for the country, its people and Karnaphuli Gas Distribution Company Limited.

The programmes marking Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) concluded in a solemn and religious atmosphere with the participation of officers and employees from all levels of the company.
