Amid ongoing tensions in the Middle East, the
death toll from Israeli attacks in Lebanon has risen to 2,521, according to the
latest figures from the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health, reported by
national media.
In addition to the fatalities, at least 7,804
people have been injured, underscoring the severity of the conflict and its
humanitarian impact.
The wave of attacks began on March 2 this
year and has yet to fully subside. Although a formal ceasefire between Israel
and Lebanon is in place, the situation remains increasingly unstable.
Over the past two days alone, renewed strikes
have killed at least 22 more people, raising fresh concerns about the
durability of the ceasefire and the risk of further escalation.
Analysts warn that continued violations
during the ceasefire could deepen the crisis and complicate efforts toward a
long-term resolution in the region.
