The Expatriate Fair and Job Fair has begun in Faridpur. Organized by the Faridpur District Administration and the District Employment and Manpower Office with the support of the Aashash Project and SDS, the fair was inaugurated at 9:00 am on Thursday by Faridpur Deputy Commissioner Kamrul Hasan Mollah.
Marking International Migrants Day and Expatriates’ Day on December 18, the fair and job fair is being held at the premises of the District Administration office. A total of 25 stalls are participating in the event.
The fair emphasizes legal and proper overseas employment procedures and assures aspiring migrant workers of all kinds of government support for foreign employment.
Representatives from participating stalls said they are providing interested individuals with necessary information and assistance regarding overseas employment by following proper rules and regulations.
