Kamrul Islam Talukder has earned praise from local residents for his people-friendly policing, professionalism and responsible approach since taking charge as the Officer-in-Charge (OC) of International Airport Police Station. According to local residents, his various initiatives and activities have helped increase people’s confidence and sense of comfort when seeking services at the police station.
Since assuming office, OC Kamrul Islam Talukder has been working to maintain law and order in the Airport area and control criminal activities. Alongside taking a firm stance against drugs, gambling, extortion and other criminal activities, he has also been focusing on ensuring that ordinary people can access police services easily and without harassment.
Speaking to local residents, it was learned that OC Kamrul Islam Talukder maintains cordial relations with people who visit the police station for various services. His approach of listening carefully to people’s problems and complaints and taking necessary action has created a positive response among residents.
Local dignitaries and people from various professions said a people-friendly environment has become more visible at Airport Police Station since Kamrul Islam Talukder took charge as OC. They also praised his sincerity and initiatives to bring police services closer to the people.

Speaking on the matter, OC Kamrul Islam Talukder said, “Our main objective is to build a drug- and crime-free society and ensure genuine services for ordinary people. We remain committed to maintaining law and order in the Airport Police Station area and ensuring public safety. We seek cooperation from people from all walks of life in the Airport area.”
